The Notebook

“They didn’t agree on much. In fact, they didn’t agree on anything. They fought all the time and challenged each other ever day. But despite their differences, they had one important thing in common. They were crazy about each other.”
― Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook

I just remembered,
we could be attracted and drawn by similarities, but they shouldn’t determine the value of a relationship.
Relationships should be based upon feelings and emotions, not on the concrete details of what we have in common.
I feel like I fell from cloud nine, but I keep reminding myself that it was only an illusive oasis.
Yet
I thought I saw the potential of so much more.
Too bad my smiles were only a burden to you.
